Arnold --
Republicans have made it abundantly clear what we'll see if they take control of Congress:
-- A possible government shutdown that would stop Social Security and Medicare checks from being sent;
-- Attempts to repeal our hard-fought victories on health insurance and Wall Street reform;
-- A new Speaker, John Boehner, with a history of handing out lobbyist checks on the floor of the House of Representatives; and
-- Endless partisan gridlock and investigations into ginned-up controversies.
Working together, this movement can make sure that doesn't happen, and we'll do it the same way we elected a president and passed comprehensive health insurance reform -- by talking with family, friends, and neighbors about the importance of voting to move America forward.
OFA volunteers are getting together to do just that this Tuesday, September 21st in Garland -- can you join us?
Here are the details:
What: Vote 2010 Event
Where: Jamie Dorris for State Representative Campaign Office
4125 Broadway Bld,
Garland, TX 75043
When: Tuesday, September 21st
4:00 pm
If you can't make that event, see if there's another one near you.
This event in Garland is part of our ambitious Vote 2010 plan to reach out to 15 million voters before the November elections.
We've gotten a great start.
But, now, with just 47 days left until November 2nd -- and with early voting starting in some states next week -- we don't have a moment to lose as we kick into high gear.
Please join us this Tuesday, September 21st. We have so much left to accomplish, and we simply cannot afford for America to move backward to the failed policies that Republicans will push for if they win.
RSVP here to talk to TX voters in Garland:

Thanks, and see you out there,
Jeremy
