Edit Report There are 2 forces at work in the United States the progressive and the regressive; the progressive want to find a better way and standing still while others are moving forward in unacceptable every one else will be leaving us behind. the regressive are happy with what they have they don't care if they are taken advantage of because they don't know any better. and they want there kids Educated in a one room school house; like they did in the 1800s then we would never know whether or not they have the bisic skills or not .but of course what you don't know can kill you too. There won't be any doctors or they will be taught with out dated books and when some thing new shows up they will be stumped because new information wasn't available to them; engineering will suffer too for the same reason and so will global warming. we will never find a better way to fuel our cars or power our houses; so global warming will get worse; but that why don't need the regressive i agree we need to go slowly to find better ways to power up our homes and fuel our cars and move products from place to place. with out putting gasses in the air that will kill us in the process; and you never know where that next great idea will come from. but it seem unlikely to come from some one who can barely read and write or only knows basic math and science don't you think. that's why we need progress leaders that have more on there mind then getting elected to office and the kick backs they get from the Special interest groups; that spend million of dollars to lobby congress into giving them what they want.and the corrupt politicians that don't care about any one other then them selves and there masters. who think greedy is cool; they took away the rules That would have prevented the Wall Street and insurance clasp; what if they decided to take away the E PA and allowed companies to bury toxic chemicals or radio active material where ever they wanted too . people would die of course but would they care of course they wouldn't unless it were them or there family how much is a life worth too you.
