September 17 is a special occasion for all of us at Children International. We call it Special Hug Day. It's an opportunity to honor the families in our program by giving them useful gifts to make their lives a little easier...a helping hand with important daily necessities they often can't afford themselves.

Imagine the excitement on a mother's face when she receives a brand new set of dishes or utensils. Think of the joy she will experience as she makes the family's bed with a crisp new set of sheets or cooks the evening meal in a sturdy new pot.

All families served by sponsorship receive a gift to celebrate Special Hug Day, because we wouldn't want to leave anyone out. But we can only continue providing gifts to each and every family with the help of dedicated supporters like you.

Send a Special Hug now and give families a reason to smile.

With your generous support, we can continue providing needy families with practical household items to lift their spirits and make everyday living a little more bearable.
